DEBDROPS ("we," "us") runs debdrops.com and the DEBDROPS community mailer for Bucks County businesses. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the type of business you run, and any details or artwork you send us when you book an ad spot, join a waitlist, fill out a form (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), text, call, or email us.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website visits: we use Metricool and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use our site, such as pages visited and whether you came from one of our ads. These tools use cookies or similar technology.
How we use it
- To contact you about your ad, your free ad preview, your booking, or your waitlist request.
- To create your ad and place it on the mailer you choose.
- To send receipts and updates about upcoming mailers.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run DEBDROPS (such as Stripe for payments, our website and database hosts, Metricool, and Meta), or if the law requires it.
Texts and emails
If we text you, you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You can also ask us to stop emailing you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
